Our neurosurgical office staff works as a team and are dedicated to assisting you and your family. Each member of our staff has defined job responsibilities as well as the responsibility to provide each other and our patients with assistance and support to assure each patient has a positive experience in our office. Our staff is well trained and are truly dedicated to the medical field in helping to care for others. Our staff has an overwhelming number of years of experience and training. We realize obtaining neurosurgery care and possibly surgery can be a challenging experience and we want to be a resource for you. At the end of each visit to the office, we do ask for your feedback by providing you with a survey at check-in that you may complete and place in a locked box at check-out. Please take the time to do this survey. These are reviewed by management and discussed with the staff on a weekly basis. This survey helps us improve our services from your perspective rather than only thru ours.

Our FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANTS are usually your initial contact when calling or presenting to the office. They primarily answer the phones, schedule your office appointments, check you in upon arrival, check you out, and complete medical records request.

Our MEDICAL ASSISTANTS work directly with the physicians and the physician assistants in the office seeing patients. They will call you prior to your first appointment and complete your medical history. They are the employees that call you from the waiting room to an exam room. If you call our office with medical questions, refill needs, work excuses or releases and medical forms completed, you would talk to the medical assistants.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS work specifically for each M.D. They schedule surgery and tests, do your pre-cert for surgery and schedule your pre-op appointments at the hospital, meet with you for a pre-op in our office to discuss the surgery and get signed authorizations from you.

We have an INSURANCE DEPARTMENT responsible for obtaining payment for the services provided by our physicians and physician assistants.  To do this, they are the resource for patients in the filing of accurate insurance claims, discussing with the patient insurance payments and explanations of benefits for services, collecting on outstanding balances as well posting mail in payments on accounts.  Our insurance employees bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and resources for the benefit of our patients and practice.

We have a Registered Nurse as our PATIENT SERVICES MANAGER and she has over 20 years of experience in neurosurgery. She is most often in the front business area and clinical area of the office.

In addition, we have a PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR that oversees the office operations of the practice.

Please utilize our staff to assist you as necessary. The questions you have are always welcome as well as any items of concern or anxiety you may experience. Our goal is to assist the physicians in providing exceptional neurosurgical care to you and make this process as pleasant and smooth as possible.
